Welcome to Queen's Inclosure Primary School. We are delighted that you have chosen our school for the beginning of your child's journey in formal education. We look forward to working in partnership with you over the next seven years, to ensure your child receives the best educational opportunities possible.
Your registration pack will be ready for collection from Tuesday 16th April
We need to liaise with pre-schools to obtain transition information and would love to get a head start on this and will ask you, when you collect your registration pack, which pre-school your child currently attends.
When you return your completed registration forms you will receive your Induction Information Pack.

Accepting Your Child's Place (from 16th April 2024)
The national notification date for on-time applicants is 16 April 2024
Parents - please provide evidence of your address and your child’s date of birth. You are welcome to send this via email to YearF2024@queensinclosure.hants.sch.uk
You are asked to provide two of the following as evidence of address:
- a recent household bill, for example, gas, electricity, water, or Council Tax bill
- a recent bank statement, credit card statement, store card statement
And if you have moved house:
- a solicitor’s letter confirming that an exchange of contracts has taken place, or
- a signed tenancy agreement (usually for a 12-month period)
Please provide one of the following as evidence of your child's date of birth:
- birth certificate
- passport
Home Visit - September 2nd, 3rd, 4th & 5th September
We have set aside Monday 2nd, Tuesday 3rd, Wednesday 4th and Thursday 5th of September for home visits. You will be allocated a date and time based on your address as teachers group visits based on your location. This will be shared with you at the 'Meet the Teacher Drop-In Session' on 3rd July.
Special Diet (Food Allergy)
If your child requires a special diet for medical reasons, please let the office staff know. Parents will need to provide medical evidence to Dolce, who will create a bespoke menu.
Milk Scheme
School milk is FREE for children under 5 and children who are entitled to free school meals.
If your child is to receive school milk, please register on the Cool Milk website. Once a child reaches their 5th birthday, parents must pay if they wish their child to continue receiving school milk.
Uniform
We sell book bags and P.E. drawstring bags.
Skoolkit is the local supplier of school uniforms. We have sold uniform in school for the last 30 years at cost price but decided to phase this out and run our stock down. You are most welcome to contact us by email - adminoffice@queensinclosure.hants.sch.uk - to see if we have the items in stock before going to Skoolkit.
Please ensure that you tell us your child’s name, the items you require, the size and quantity, and a contact telephone number to enable us to call you when your order is ready to collect. If possible, please pay by cash or cheque made payable to ‘HCC’ on collection.
