We all need to look after ourselves, both physically and mentally.  Eating healthily, getting lots of exercise and fresh air - and enough sleep - are all important.  It is also essential for our wellbeing that we do not let worries get out of control.

Physical Fitness

Have fun and keep fit with Joe Wicks - Kids Workouts To Do At Home

Try some Yoga. Cosmic Kids have combined stories with yoga for younger children, such as We're going on a Bear HuntThe Very Hungry Caterpillar and (for film fans) Frozen.  Our yoga teacher, Sam B, is also doing weekly live sessions online - see our page about Sam B Yoga.
