Keeping Well

We all need to look after ourselves, both physically and mentally.  Eating healthily, getting lots of exercise and fresh air - and enough sleep - are all important.  It is also essential for our wellbeing that we do not let worries get out of control.

Physical Fitness

Have fun and keep fit with Joe Wicks - Kids Workouts To Do At Home

Try some Yoga. Cosmic Kids have combined stories with yoga for younger children, such as We're going on a Bear HuntThe Very Hungry Caterpillar and (for film fans) Frozen.  Our yoga teacher, Sam B, is also doing weekly live sessions online - see our page about Sam B Yoga.

Wash your hands properly - for at least 20 seconds. The NHS How to Wash your Hands song and rather silly Thank You Baked Potato by Matt Lucas are both good fun!

Find out about food facts and have fun creating healthy recipes - see NHS Change 4 Life
