Childcare

Wrap-around care is available between 7:45 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. daily during term time. Our Before School Care provision is run onsite by Planet Education and the After School Care provision is run offsite by Growing Places.

Before School Care (Breakfast Club) - 7:45am to 8:30am

We are delighted to be able to continue to offer before-school childcare provision each weekday for £3.00 per child per session. While this provision does not include breakfast, parents are welcome to provide a breakfast snack i.e. cereal bar, croissant, or fruit.  Children will be organised by year groups: Year F, Years 1 and 2, Years 3 and 4, and Years 5 and 6.

On arrival at 7.45 am, children are signed in at the hall and have the opportunity to take part in activities.  At 8.30 am, children are dismissed from the hall and escorted through the school to their class by Planet Education Staff. All Planet Education coaches are fully qualified and hold an Enhanced DBS.

QI coordinates all bookings and payments for Breakfast Club.  Wherever possible, we ask that parents pay online through *School Money, but we can also accept cash or cheques (payable to Hampshire County Council) at the school office. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept childcare vouchers as payment as we are not registered as a childcare provider.

After School Care (Offsite Provision) - after school to 6:00pm

At the end of the school day, parents may choose to send their child to Growing Places - a provider of after-school care.

Queen's Inclosure Primary School is able to accept responsibility for children waiting to be collected until 3:30 p.m.; after this, responsibility reverts to the after-school provider and/or parents.  Children are collected from the office and are transported by minibus, accompanied by a member of the after-school provider staff.
