Queen’s Inclosure Primary School

Before School Care (Breakfast Club) - 7:45am to 8:30am

We are delighted to able to continue to offer before-school childcare provision each weekday from Monday 7th September 2020, for £3.00 per child per session. While, as previously, this provision does not include breakfast, parents are welcome to provide a breakfast snack i.e. cereal bar, croissant or fruit.  Due to the present circumstances, children will be organised by year group into a bubble: Year F, Years 1 and 2, Years 3 and 4, and Years 5 and 6.

On arrival at 7.45am, children are signed in at the hall and have the opportunity to take part in activities.  At 8.30am, children are dismissed from the hall and escorted through the school to their class by Planet Education Staff. All Planet Education coaches are fully qualified and hold an Enhanced DBS.

QI coordinates all bookings and payments for Breakfast Club.  Wherever possible, we ask that parents pay online through *School Money, but we can also accept cash or cheques (payable to Hampshire County Council) at the school office. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept childcare vouchers as payment as we are not registered as a childcare provider.

PLEASE NOTE: The School Money app currently reflects the 2019-20 year groups, and will not enable payments for September until a 'roll up' has taken place.  Payment does not need to be made until just before the service is used.  However, a place can still be booked using the Breakfast Club booking form.

*Parents of Year F 2020 will be able to register for the School Money online payment facility once their child is on roll at QI.

After School Care (Offsite Provision) - after school to 6:00pm

At the end of the school day, parents may choose to send their child to one of two providers of after school care: Growing Places (Cowplain Community School) or Horndean Dimensions (Horndean Technology College).

Queen's Inclosure Primary School is able to accept responsibility for children waiting to be collected until 3:30pm; after this, responsibility reverts to the after school provider and/or parents.  Children are collected from the office and are transported by mini bus, accompanied by a member of the after school provider staff.
