Breakfast Club Booking form - Aut 2

Please use this form to book your Breakfast Club requirements from 1st November to 16th December 2022

This provision is available from 7:45am - 8:30am in the hall, at a charge of £3 per session, per child.

Breakfast is not provided, but parents may send their child in with a healthy breakfast snack.

PLEASE NOTE:- Places are currently limited to 30 per session.

PAYMENT should be made online, using School Money, wherever possible. Alternatively, please pay by cash or cheque (payable to HCC) at the school office.
