When a book might help.

When you are stuck for answers or finding discussing certain subjects with your children difficult, books can often help. All Hampshire Libraries run a scheme called ‘When a Book Might Help’. If you follow the link below, you will see they have a list of helpful subjects such as Behaviours and Routines, Health and Wellbeing, Disabilities and Neurodiversity, along with an array of suggested books linked to these that you can find in libraries across Hampshire. As parents, we often find ourselves stuck for answers to the wonderful questions our little ones ask, and diverting their attention to find answers in books really helps as well as educating them and putting their mind at ease. When you visit the library, all books that they have deemed to be a ‘book that might help’ will have this sticker attached to it.
